A Note from Tony

Thank you for taking the time to view the pictures and videos of this offering. I wanted to let everyone know that all pictures are exactly as I see them through the camera lense. We did not and have not ever photo shopped a single picture. (This includes grass color, background etc. What you see is what you get) This set of cattle were all northern bred and I tried to list the breeders or consignors on each individual calf so you could do further research on the individual lot of your interest if you care to.

This entire set was recieved here at Weatherford TX on Sunday November 1, since then they have endured 80 degree temps every single day, dehorning, vaccination, halter breaking and transition stress as well as being clipped only one time. The fact the cattle look as good as they do in these conitions and in this short period of time is a true testament to their quality.

As the cattle fill up and we get cooler weather before the sale we will continue to get updated and improved pictures and they will be downloaded at austincattle.com.

I am very proud of how picky we were in selecting this group and would be proud to assist with any final show grooming service on any of these as long as the buyer will take care of my travel costs. There are many champions in this group and most will be sold well below the market value you have seen at previous sales this year comparing apples to apples quality.

This auction has staggered ending times. The first item will close at 6:00 PM CST Sunday, November 15th. Each item will close Five minute after the previous. For example: Lot 1 closes at 6:00 PM. Lot 2 closes at 6:05 PM. Lot 3 closes at 6:10 PM. This will continue until all items have closed. Also note that extended bidding is in place. Therefore, if Lot 1 goes into extended bidding Lot 2 will still close at 6:05 PM and Lot 3 will still close at 6:10 PM, etc. (unless they also go into extended bidding) while Lot 1 is still in extended bidding. This scenario applies to all lots. With extended bidding in place no item will close until a period of 5 minutes has lapsed without a bid.

Maximum Bidding is a feature you may use during the duration of the auction. This feature allows you to place a private maximum bid that only you will know and allow the computer to bid on your behalf when another bidder places a bid on the same lot you are seeking. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact our office immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the seller’s behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price.

DELIVERY OF ANIMALS AND FEES: Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery/ pick up. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be released until payment has been made to Roger M Hunker, Auctioneer. All animals must be picked up November 29th . Sellers may charge up to $25.00 per day for animals not removed from the farm by November 29th. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after November 15th and full payment is received. Call the breeders to schedule an appointment.

HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc.

GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Sellers can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.

Conditions: Any person placing bids on items in this auction agrees to these terms and conditions and understands that, by placing bids, they are entering into a binding contract between themselves and the seller(s) and that they will be held financially responsible for their actions. As a Bidder, you are responsible for any bids placed by you or a designated representative under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility and the Bidder will be responsible for any and all bids placed under the assigned number. If, at any time, you feel that your Bidder number and password have been compromised, due to lack of security on your part, you must notify Auctioneer immediately.
Bidders agree that when using the Maximum Bid feature on our online auction Web site they will use it according to the terms and conditions applicable to that feature. Please note that when using the Maximum Bid feature, if you are the current high Bidder and you want to change your Maximum Bid, you will be required to place a new bid in the increment designated for that lot in order to raise your Maximum Bid, which may cause you to raise your last high bid by one bid increment. Bid Retractions:
There are no bid retractions. ALL BIDS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE ONCE SUBMITTED. Once a bid is made and confirmed, it cannot be retracted. When a bid is made you manifest your intent and ability to buy the lot at the bid price. A false or fraudulent bid may result in legal action. Any winning Bidder who refuses to purchase the lot may be banned from all future online auctions.
Despite efforts to avoid the withdrawal of lots from the online auction sale after they are listed, it may sometimes be necessary to so withdraw lots, therefore, the Owner/Seller reserves the right to do so at any time before or during the online auction sale.
