Dear Fellow Cattle Enthusiasts,

After an exciting spring last year with the sale of Monopoly Train, I thought that would be hard to top, but wow, what an exciting spring it has been as I watch this set of calves develop. This is the deepest set of calves that I have ever raised. I have used terms like thick, chubby, clean fronted and most importantly sound, a lot in the write up of these calves, but this set of calves are the most consistent and most uniformed set of calves; so terms like these fit this set of calves. This set of calves are either Monopoly, Monopoly II, or Unstoppable, with all of them being sired by similar genetics you can sure see why these calves are as complete and uniformed as any set of calves that you will find. I believe that if calves are to be competitive a year from now, they must have a good mother behind them too. We are consistently trying to improve the genetics in our cow herd, and that is why we are seeing the most consistency in our calf crop to date. We appreciate hearing of our customers successes and they have been numerous this past year. We look forward to discussing these cattle with you and being part of you future success.

I've decided to put them all online this year since my wife and I are being blessed with our second son a few days after the sale and we are just hoping he decides not to arrive a little early.

WHEN TIME EXPIRES, ALL LOTS ARE DECLARED SOLD!
ORIGINAL ENDING TIME: 7 PM EST (6 PM CST) WITH EXTENDED BIDDING TO FOLLOW!
EXTENDED BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THERE IS NO BIDDING FOR 5 MINUTES!
With this option, all lots will close simultaneously. With this style of Auction a buyer has the CHOICE to switch to any lot in the offering if he is outbid on his current choice; buyer does not have to deal with the "seller's order" of sale because all lots are offered and bid on simultaneously; and the buyer has choices and more time to make decisions.
Extended Bidding means that the auction is not declared closed until there have been 5 minutes of inactivity on this sale. If there is any bidding during the inactivity period, the auction is extended until there is no bidding for five minutes during the inactivity period. You can always check the time remaining information that appears under each lot! REMEMBER TO CLICK ON REFRESH FOR UP-TO-DATE TIME REMAINING! For this sale, the extended bidding period is 5 minutes.
**Example 1: Auction closes at 6 PM. There is no bidding from 5:55 PM to 6 PM. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 6 PM.

**Example 2: Auction closes at 6 PM. There is a bid placed at 5:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes. No more bidding occurs. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 6:02 PM.

**Example 3: Auction closes at 6 PM. There is a bid placed at 5:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes until 6:02 PM. Another bid is placed at 6:01 PM. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 6:06 PM.

Maximum Bidding is a feature you may use during the duration of the auction. This feature allows you to place a private maximum bid that only you will know and allow the computer to bid on your behalf when another bidder places a bid on the same lot you are seeking. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact our office immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Roger M. Hunker, Auctioneer reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made in 4 days after the close of bidding. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the seller’s behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price.

DELIVERY OF ANIMALS AND FEES: Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery and buyer is to cover all cost of delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. All animals must be picked up by September 1. Sellers may charge up to $5.00 per day for animals not removed from the farm by September 1, 2013. Delivery fees may be charged by the seller if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after April 28, 2013 and full payment is received. Call the seller to schedule an appointment.

HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc.

GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Sellers cannot be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.

Conditions: Any person placing bids on items in this auction agrees to these terms and conditions and understands that, by placing bids, they are entering into a binding contract between themselves and the seller(s) and that they will be held financially responsible for their actions. Roger M. Hunker, Auctioneer only as an agent between buyer and seller and may not be held responsible for any livestock or merchandise. It is to be clearly understood that Roger M. Placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller, and the bid cannot be retracted. Once a Bidder places a bid, and the bid is the high/winning bid, the Bidder will be obligated to buy the lot at the said price indicated. Placing a bid on this online auction site, and winning, then not paying for the lot is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result.

The Owner/Seller of property sold through this online auction site reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

As a Bidder, you are responsible for any bids placed by you or a designated representative under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility and the Bidder will be responsible for any and all bids placed under the assigned number. If, at any time, you feel that your Bidder number and password have been compromised, due to lack of security on your part, you must notify Auctioneer immediately.
Bidders agree that when using the Maximum Bid feature on our online auction web site they will use it according to the terms and conditions applicable to that feature. Please note that when using the Maximum Bid feature, if you are the current high Bidder and you want to change your Maximum Bid, you will be required to place a new bid in the increment designated for that lot in order to raise your Maximum Bid, which may cause you to raise your last high bid by one bid increment. You, as a Bidder, understand and agree to how the Maximum Bid feature works if you choose to use it.

Bid Retractions:
There are no bid retractions. ALL BIDS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE ONCE SUBMITTED. Once a bid is made and confirmed, it cannot be retracted. When a bid is made you manifest your intent and ability to buy the lot at the bid price. A false or fraudulent bid may result in legal action. Any winning Bidder who refuses to purchase the lot may be banned from all future online auctions.
Despite efforts to avoid the withdrawal of lots from the online auction sale after they are listed, it may sometimes be necessary to so withdraw lots, therefore, the Owner/Seller reserves the right to do so at any time before or during the online auction sale.

We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Sellers cannot be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction. Roger M.
