We at Boyle Farms would like to thank everyone who has purchased a calf or taken the time to view our offering this year and in years past. Without your support, we would not be able to make our club calf operation work. We have a real nice set of steers & heifers in this offering. There's one every shape, size & color to fit whatever taste you might have. We have taken the time to break all these cattle to tie, so they will be ready for you to show when you get them home. WHY? With this option, all lots will close simultaneously. A few benefits to this style of auction - Buyer has the CHOICE to switch to any lot in the offering if he is outbid on his current choice; buyer does not have to deal with the "seller's order" of sale because all lots are offered and bid on simultaneously; and the buyer has true choices and more time to make decisions.
Extended Bidding means that the auction is not declared closed until there have been five minutes of inactivity on this sale. If there is any bidding during the inactivity period, the auction is extended until there is no bidding for five minutes during the inactivity period. You can always check the time remaining information that appears under each lot! REMEMBER TO CLICK ON REFRESH FOR UP-TO-DATE TIME REMAINING! For this sale, the extended bidding period is 5 minutes.
Maximum Bidding is a feature you may use during the duration of the auction. All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. NO BUYERS Premium is in effect for this auction. Accepted payment forms are: farm, corporate or personal check, cashiers check, or money order all immediately negotiable. On Line credit card payment through PayPal. Money Wire transfer from your bank to ours available please call or e-mail Roger Hunker. All funds are to be made payable to Roger M. Hunker, AUCTIONEER send to Roger M. Hunker, Auctioneer, 6014 SR 113, Bellevue, Ohio 44811. Full payment must be received in 4 days from the close of bidding on or before November 30, 2013. YOU MUST USE THE PAY PAL LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR E-MAILED INVOICE OR OVERNIGHT PAYMENT PRIOR to November 30, 2013. YOUR CREDIT CARD USED TO REGISTER WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICLLY CHARGED. YOU ARE GIVEN THE OPTION TO SEND PAYMENT. Fees are subject to a 24% finance charge after the fourth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder denied access to future auctions. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact our office immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Roger M. Hunker, Auctioneer reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made in 4 days after the close of bidding. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the seller's behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price.
DELIVERY OF ANIMALS AND FEES: Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery and buyer is to cover all cost of delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. All animals must be picked up by December 10. Sellers may charge up to $5.00 per day for animals not removed from the farm by December 10. Delivery fees may be charged by the seller if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after November 26 and full payment is received. Call the seller to schedule an appointment.
HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer's expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc.
GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Sellers can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.
Conditions: Any person placing bids on items in this auction agrees to these terms and conditions and understands that, by placing bids, they are entering into a binding contract between themselves and the seller(s) and that they will be held financially responsible for their actions. Placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller, and the bid cannot be retracted. Placing a bid on this online auction site, and winning, then not paying for the lot is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result.
The Owner/Seller of property sold through this online auction site reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
As a Bidder, you are responsible for any bids placed by you or a designated representative under your bidding number and password.
