Bidder Verification: Tranzon Integrity Partners will verify all bidder registrations. If unable to verify the bidder identity, bidding rights shall be terminated.

Bidding Format: Tranzon Integrity Partners utilizes “timed auction events”. If there are multiple properties being offered in a single auction event, the auction completion times are staggered in 4 minute intervals.
Our Online Only Real Estate Auctions also include an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 4 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for an additional 4 minutes from the time the bid is placed.
(Example:) If an auction scheduled to end at 10:00 a.m. receives a bid at 9:59 a.m., the conclusion of the auction automatically extends to 10:03 a.m. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within the 4 minute time frame.

Terms of Sale: At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will be contacted and arrangements will be made for payment and pickup of items. The successful bidder will pay via certified funds and will receive a Bill of Sale. Arrangements for pickup and payment must be completed within 48 hours of auction conclusion and pickup of items must be completed before May 24 or the purchaser shall be in default.

Auction Bid Default: In the event a winning bidder fails to comply with the terms of sale they may be subject to a $2,000 charge on the credit card on file and there may be additional remedies for the seller as a result of default.
Buyer's Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final contract price.

Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $50,000
Plus 10% Buyer’s Premium: $5,000
Total Contract Price: $55,000
