This auction has staggered ending times. The first lot will close at 8:00 PM CST. Each lot will close two minutes after the previous. For example: Lot 1 closes at 8:00 PM CST. Lot 2 closes at 8:02 PM CST. Lot 3 closes at 8:04 PM CST. This will continue until all lots have closed. Also note that extended bidding is in place. Therefore, if Lot 1 goes into extended bidding Lot 2 will still close at 8:02 PM CST and Lot 3 will still close at 8:04 PM CST, etc. (unless they also go into extended bidding) while Lot 1 is still in extended bidding. This scenario applies to all lots. With extended bidding in place that lot will not close until a period of 5 minutes has lapsed without a bid.

Maximum bidding is a feature you may use during the duration of the auction. This feature allows you to place a private maximum bid that only you will know and allow the computer to bid on behalf when another bidder places a bid on the same lot you are seeking. Payment Methods: Cashiers check, wire transfer, money order, or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). All funds are to be made payable to Milligan Web Designs, LLC. Cashiers Check or Money Order may be sent to Milligan Web Designs, LLC, Attn: Tommy Milligan, PO Box 842, Perry, OK 73077. Full payment must be received in 5 days from the close of bidding. Late fees are subject to a 5% finance charge after the fifth day. Late payments and returned checks will be charged a $50 fee and the bidder will be denied access to future events. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an e-mail invoice in 24 hours after the close of bidding please contact our office. Payment in full is expected immediately after the auction and before any livestock or merchandise is exchanged. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and/or legal action. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Milligan Web Designs, LLC reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made in 5 days after the close of bidding. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the sellers behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price.

RESERVE NOT MET: This feature will be used telling all bidders that the seller has placed a reserve on an item.

DELIVERY OF LOTS: Delivery will be available in most regions across the country and arrangements will be made immediatley following the conclusion of the auction. Delivery fees may be charged by the breeder or hauler if necessary. Buyer must contact the breeder to make delivery arrangements. If you need delivery assistance or have questions, call ahead before you bid.

HEALTH PAPERS: Health papers will be furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyers expense. Potential buyers should call your state veterinary office for permit and/or requirements which comply with your individual state. Requirements can vary from state to state. This will need to be done in advance and in a timely manner.
