BIDDER NUMBER

After you submit your registration to participate in all FWR Online Auctions, your bidder number will be emailed to you. You will need your online bidder number and password to logon and bid.

Certified Funds or Cashier's Check payable to Fred W. Radde & Sons, Inc. Payment must be made on site at the time of removal. No Credit Cards.

BUYER'S PREMIUM

A Ten Percent (10%) Buyer's Premium Will Apply if purchased online.

INSPECTION

These items are on the premises. Insepction Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim (full or partial refund) or for the withdrawal of a bid after the auction's close.

REMOVAL
Following the live auction on Monday, April 26, 2010. Payment must be made prior to removal.

SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED WHERE APPLICABLE! If you are tax exempt, you must present us with your exemption certificate at the time of payment.
Sales Tax will be charged on all sales subject to Minnesota sales tax laws.
You will be charged sales tax as required by the State of Minnesota (where applicable) if we do not have a current TAX EXEMPT NUMBER on file.
Appropriate sales tax and transfer fees will be charged on all vehicles sold to Minnesota buyers.

All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Fred W. Radde & Sons, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Fred W. Radde & Sons, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

BID RETRACTION

Buyer must acknowledge all terms of the auction and agree not to retract the purchase offer. If you cannot satisfy the terms of the auction, PLEASE DO NOT BID!

INTERNET BIDDING

How do online auctions work?

Online auctions work just like live auctions only the bidding is done from your computer. You simply register and place bids on items you wish to purchase. There is a lot of activity near the end of an online auction so we added a “Max Bid” feature that allows you have a maximum bid without raising the current bid.

What is the “Max Bid” Feature for online auctions?

The “Max Bid” feature allows a bidder to enter a maximum amount they are willing to pay for an item without disclosing that amount to other potential bidders.

Example: if the next required bid for an item is $50, but you are willing to pay up to $350, you enter $50 as the “next required bid” and $350 for the “max bid”. So long as nobody else bids more than $350 you will win that item, if no one else bids than you will only pay $50. There is a flurry of activity as online auctions draw to a close, by using the “max bid” feature you will not lose out at the last minute

What to do if pictures and descriptions do not match?

If there is a discrepancy between an item's description and its picture, bids must be placed and will stand based on the description.

All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any printed material and this website. We will make every attempt to post changes before sale time.

Fred W. Radde & Sons, Inc. is providing internet pre-auction, live bidding, and occasional simulcast live auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Fred W. Radde & Sons, Inc. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Fred W. Radde & Sons, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the "Click here to register for a bidding number" feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
