    Payment Terms:
    Full payment is required on or before the posted payment deadline. Accepted payment methods: cash/currency, bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, money orders, bank wire transfers. You may make final payment by mailing a certified check to WisconsinSurplus.com at PO Box 113, Mount Horeb WI 53572. If you are the winning bidder and fail to pay by the above payment deadline you will lose your bidding number and be banned from using the site. Note the following are NOT acceptable payment methods: personal/business checks, credit cards and Paypal are NOT ACCEPTABLE forms of payment.

    Title Transfer Terms:
    The seller will convey property to purchaser by Quit Claim Deed unless otherwise stated. All properties will be sold subject to all easements, zoning ordinances or government regulations. Mineral rights, if held by the seller, will be transferred with the Quit Claim Deed. It is the buyers responsibility to furnish the seller with all the necessary transfer information. Representations or statements regarding the property made by the seller or any representative of the seller shall not be binding on the Seller or considered as ground for any claim for adjustment in, or recession of, the resulting sale of the parcel. The purchaser expressly waives any claim for adjustment or rescission based upon any such representation or statement. Narrative descriptions contained in this listing are excerpts.

    Ending Time:
    Staggered Ending beginning at 10am Central - First property will end at 10am Central and each following property will end at the above indicated stagger. The remaining auction time will be displayed within 24 hours of the end of the auction under the bid entry field on the right of the page. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 10 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the AutoExtended feature for 10 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids. Once extended – the auction will continue to extend 10min. after any further bids and continue until no bids have been placed for 10 minutes on that property.

    Bidding Terms:
    An Online/Internet Auction Buyers' Fee will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price. Buyers' fee percentage is determined by actual amount of the final accepted high bid. (Please see table below for applicable buyers' fee rates/amounts.) Buyer may have to pay a Deed Filing Fee and Recording Fee. Submitting/making a bid is a legally binding contract which requires full compliance by bidders/buyers of all Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction Terms & Conditions, as well as full payment by the final highest bidder, plus buyers' fees, per the terms listed herein.
