- PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Buyers must provide their own staff and equipment to move, relocate and load items that they purchase. MPS will not have personnel or equipment available for buyers’ use. Site has a loading dock. Buyers must bring their own plate or ramp to connect between truck bed and dock. Park in parking lot until ready to load. No elevator is available. Ground and 1st floor have street access available for removal. 2nd will require stairs. The dock is on the ground floor. For pick-ups, check-in at east door. (See attached map for exact location.). Loading dock and two doors facing the parking lot will be available for loading of the ground floor. One door will be available for loading off the 1st floor. Items must be picked up on Friday, May 24th from 10am to 4pm ONLY

No guaranty or warranty whatsoever is given or implied on the part of the seller. The items are being sold unwarranted in its "as is" and "where is" condition. Removal Terms:
All items remaining after the posted removal deadline will be considered abandoned and disposed of. Buyer to arrange and pay for any and all shipping & removal costs and pay any fees, if necessary. Items must be picked up at present Wisconsin location, during above posted date/times, after full payment has been made. It is the full responsibility of the buyer for all removal, dismantling, rigging, hauling, loading, and relocation costs. Paid items remaining after auction removal deadline will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

Ending Time:
Each item ends at the above indicated stagger after the item before it, starting at 10:00am Central. First item will end at 10am Central. The remaining auction time will be displayed within 24 hours of the end of the auction under the bid entry field on the right of the page. NOTE: Bid History is displayed in Eastern Time. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 10 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the AutoExtended feature for 10 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids. Once extended the auction will auto-extend after each additional bid.

Bidding Terms:
An On-Line/Internet Auction Buyers' Fee will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price. Buyers' fee percentage is determined by actual amount of the final accepted high bid. (Please see table below for applicable buyers' fee rates/amounts.) Wisconsin State sales tax will apply to high bid plus buyers fee. Submitting/making a bid is a legally binding contract which requires full compliance by bidders/buyers of all Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction Terms & Conditions, as well as full payment by the final highest bidder, plus buyers' fees, per the terms listed herein.

VEHICLE TAX & DMV FEES:
Tax will be collected by Wisconsin Surplus; any and all DMV Fees will be paid by buyer at the time buyer Registers/Transfers Vehicle at their local DMV Location. Buyer will receive Wisconsin Title at time of pick up.
