Payment Terms:
Full payment is required within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of the auction's conclusion. Accepted payment methods: cash/currency, bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, money orders, bank wire transfers, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Novus/Discover, & American Express only!), or PayPal. PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CHECKS are NOT acceptable forms of payment unless accompanied with a Bank Letter of Guarantee which guarantees the worthiness of the check and the bank's guarantee that the check will be properly honored by the issuing bank. Full payment must be made and properly honored (which may take up to an additional week, depending on payment method and location of issuing bank!) before equipment will be released to buyer. You may make final payment by mailing a certified check to WisconsinSurplus.com at PO Box 113, Mount Horeb WI 53572 or Call to give your credit card information over the phone at 608-437-2001. If you are the winning bidder and fail to pay by the above payment deadline you will lose your bidding number and be banned from using the site.

Removal Terms:
$10 Per Day Storage Fee Applies on all items remaining after the removal date & must be paid prior to removal! Buyer to arrange and pay for any and all removal costs and pay any fees, if necessary. This equipment must be picked up at its present Wisconsin location, during normal business hours, after full payment has been made and successfully honored by buyer's bank. Items must be picked up and removed from there locations within 10 days--or sooner--following the completion of the auction unless otherwise stated in Detailed Listing. It is the full responsibility of the buyer for all removal, dismantling, rigging, hauling, loading, and relocation costs. If item(s) remain after 14 days from auction conclusion item(s) will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

Ending Time:
Staggered Ending - First item will end at 10am Central and each following item will end at the indicated stagger. The remaining auction time will be displayed within 24 hours of the end of the auction under the bid entry field on the right of the page. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 10 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the AutoExtended feature for 10 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids.

Bidding Terms:
An On-Line/Internet Auction Buyers' Fee will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price. Buyers' fee percentage is determined by actual amount of the final accepted high bid. (Please see table below for applicable buyers' fee rates/amounts.) Wisconsin State sales tax will apply to high bid plus buyers fee. Submitting/making a bid is a legally binding contract which requires full compliance by bidders/buyers of all Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction Terms & Conditions, as well as full payment by the final highest bidder, plus buyers' fees, per the terms listed herein.

VEHICLE TAX & DMV FEES:
Tax will be collected by Wisconsin Surplus; any and all DMV Fees will be paid by buyer at the time buyer Registers/Transfers Vehicle at there local DMV Location. Buyer will receive Wisconsin Title at time of picked up.
