Payment Terms:
Full payment is required within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of the auction's conclusion. Accepted payment methods: cash/currency, bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, money orders, bank wire transfers, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Novus/Discover, & American Express only!), or PayPal. PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CHECKS are NOT acceptable forms of payment. Full payment must be made before items will be released to buyer. You may make final payment by mailing a certified check to WisconsinSurplus.com at PO Box 113, Mount Horeb WI 53572 or Call to give your credit card information over the phone at 608-437-2001.

Removal Terms:
$10 Per Day Storage Fee Applies on all items remaining after the posted removal deadline & must be paid prior to removal! Buyer to arrange and pay for any and all shipping & removal costs and pay any fees, if necessary. Items must be picked up at its present Wisconsin location, during normal business hours, after full payment has been made. It is the full responsibility of the buyer for all removal, dismantling, rigging, hauling, loading, and relocation costs. Paid items remaining 14 days after auction conclusion will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

Ending Time:
Each item ends at the above indicated stagger after the item before it, starting at 10:00am Central. First item will end at 10am Central. The remaining auction time will be displayed within 24 hours of the end of the auction under the bid entry field on the right of the page. NOTE: Bid History is displayed in Eastern Time. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend applies if a new higher bid is placed in the last 10 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the auction, thus extending via the AutoExtended feature for 10 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids. Once extended the auction will auto-extend after each additional bid.

Bidding Terms:
An Online Auction Buyers' Fee will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price. All winning high bidders will be required to pay State & County Sales Tax and Wisconsin DMV Fees (Vehicle Buyers Only). Wisconsin State sales tax of 5.5% will apply to high bids including buyers fee. Submitting/making a bid is a legally binding contract which requires full compliance by bidders/buyers of all Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction Terms & Conditions, as well as full payment by the final highest bidder.

All buyers must pay all necessary fees to transfer title and properly register vehicle. Sales tax applies to all vehicles; tax rate is determined by the county of buyer’s residence.
