Full payment is required within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of the auction's conclusion. Accepted payment methods: cash/currency, bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, money orders, bank wire transfers, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Novus/Discover, & American Express only!), or PayPal. PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CHECKS are NOT acceptable forms of payment. Full payment must be made before items will be released to buyer. Removal Terms:
$10 Per Day Storage Fee Applies on all items remaining after the posted removal deadline & must be paid prior to removal! Buyer to arrange and pay for any and all shipping & removal costs and pay any fees, if necessary. Items must be picked up at its present Wisconsin location, during normal business hours, after full payment has been made. It is the full responsibility of the buyer for all removal, dismantling, rigging, hauling, loading, and relocation costs. Paid items remaining 14 days after auction conclusion will be considered abandoned and disposed of. Ending Time:
Auction items end at the above indicated stagger, starting at 10:00am Central. First item will end at 10am Central than each item will end at the listed stagger after. The remaining auction time will be displayed within 24 hours of the end of the auction under the bid entry field on the right of the page. Note: The bid History Time stamps are in eastern time. Also the AutoExtend feature applies to all online auctions. AutoExtend is if a bid is placed in the last 10 minutes the auction will be AutoExtended 10 additional minutes to prevent last minute snipe bids. Once auction is extended it will continue to extend and additional 10 minutes after each bid. Gun Buyers:
All gun buyers must show proof of the following: Wisconsin Resident at least 21 years old and can not be convicted felon. All buyers will sign a federal gun buyers statement and a copy of ID will be taken. Guns can not and will not be shipped. Actual Buyer must personally pick-up at Mount Horeb Auction Center. AGAIN: Gun Buyer MUST be 18 years old, a NON-Felon, Live in Wisconsin & must PERSONALLY pick up the fire arm and complete a Federal & State back ground check. You MUST provide a Photo ID. Wisconsin Surplus holds a Federal Firearms Dealers License and all Federal & State rules will be followed. Bidding Terms:
An On-Line/Internet Auction Buyers' Fee will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price. All winning high bidders will be required to pay State & County Sales Tax and Wisconsin DMV Fees (Vehicle Buyers Only). All buyers must pay all necessary fees to transfer title and properly register vehicle. Sales tax applies to all vehicles; tax rate is determined by the county of buyer’s residence. Title Transfer is $69.50 License Plate Fee is $75 for Autos & SUV's; Pick-up trucks are $75 to $106 depending on Gross Vehicle Weight. All large commercial truck fees are determined by gross vehicle weight. Temporary plates are provided for all Autos, SUVs and Pick-ups under 8,000# when new plates are applied for - Commercial trucks do not receive temp plates.Buyers may transfer there Current not expired licenses plates, if transfered the license plate fee does not apply. Your plates can not be expired and must be in your name or your spouses name!Dealer Services Fee of $20 applies to all vehicle transactions Used car dealers must provide a copy of there dealers license.Plates are optional for tow-away vehicles.Out-of-State buyers are exempt from Wisconsin DMV Fees & Wisconsin Sales TaxesOFFSITE VEHICLE TAX & DMV FEES:
