FIRM REMOVAL DATES (NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE): MONDAY through FRIDAY, June 4th – 8th, ONLY, invoice must be paid by Monday, June 4th, 4 pm, daily removal from 8 am until 4 pm, bring your own dollies, boxes and packing materials. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure that all items are removed within the time limit specified. If all items are not removed, within the time limit, a storage and/or removal fee will be charged to the buyer and/or bidding privileges maybe revoked.

Credit card is for deposit only, Buyer is responsible for making final payment in "certified funds" at time specified. The Credit card will be charged in full if the payment terms and removal terms are not completed by the buyer.

Payment made payable to Rosen Systems, Inc., payment can be received at 11616 N Galayda, Houston, TX 77086 or 2323 Langford Street, Dallas, TX 75208 ONLY. Final Payment must be made by 4 PM, MONDAY, JUNE 4TH , in the form of cash or cashier's check. Company or personal checks are accepted ONLY if accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank. ITEMS WILL CLOSE AT A RATE OF 2 PER EVERY MINUTE BEGINNING WITH LOT #1. IF BIDS ARE MADE WITHIN THE FINAL MINUTE PRIOR TO POSTED CLOSING, BIDDING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED 2 MINUTES TO PREVENT SNIPING.

This bank will guarantee payment of checks written on the Account Number ______________, by "Name of Company/Individual" to Rosen Systems, Inc. up to the amount of "Insert Amount". This letter of guarantee will be used for purchases at the "Auction Name".
