FIRM REMOVAL DATES (NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE): FRIDAY and MONDAY, MAY 18 & 21st, from 8 am until 4 pm, payment to be received ,5/21/12, daily hours from 8 am UNTIL 4 pm, bring your own dollies, boxes and packing materials. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure that all items are removed within the time limit specified. If all items are not removed, within the time limit, a storage and/or removal fee will be charged to the buyer and/or bidding privileges maybe revoked.

Credit card is for deposit only, Buyer is responsible for making final payment in "certified funds" at time specified. The Credit card will be charged in full if the payment terms and removal terms are not completed by the buyer.

Payment made payable to Rosen Systems, Inc., payment can be received at 2323 Langford Street, Dallas, TX 75208 ONLY. Final Payment must be made by 4 PM, MONDAY, MAY 21st, in the form of cash or cashier's check. Company or personal checks are accepted ONLY if accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank. A Certificate of Insurance is required to bring and operate a forklift or any motorized equipment on site with a 2 MIL
“General Liability” on file at our office with Rosen Systems, Inc., 2323 Langford Street, Dallas, TX 75208, listed as the certificate holder. The insurance company can fax this to 972-248-6887 or email at info@rosensystems.com.

A 10% Buyer's Premium is in effect, unless specified otherwise on the lot description

"Customer Name" is a customer of this bank. This bank will guarantee payment of checks written on the Account Number ______________, by "Name of Company/Individual" to Rosen Systems, Inc. up to the amount of "Insert Amount". This letter of guarantee will be used for purchases at the "Auction Name".
