FIRM REMOVAL DATES (NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE): THURSDAY-FRIDAY-MONDAY, 3/22-23 & 26TH, 2012, from 8 am until 4 pm, payment to be received , 3/22/12, daily hours from 8 am UNTIL 4 pm, bring your own dollies, boxes and packing materials. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure that all items are removed within the time limit specified. If all items are not removed, within the time limit, a storage and/or removal fee will be charged to the buyer and/or bidding privileges maybe revoked.

Credit card is for deposit only, Buyer is responsible for making final payment in "certified funds" at time specified. The Credit card will be charged in full if the payment terms and removal terms are not completed by the buyer.

Payment made payable to Rosen Systems, Inc., payment can be received at 2323 Langford Street, Dallas, TX 75208 ONLY. Final Payment must be made by 4 PM, THURSDAY, MARCH 22, 2012 , in the form of cash or cashier's check. This letter of guarantee will be used for purchases at the "Auction Name".
