The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Sellers have the right to remove any item or items at any point before the auction ends. The Auctioneer will not be held liable for the Sellers removal of any item or items. The Auctioneer is acting as Agent for the Seller and all representations made by Auctioneer are made on behalf of the Seller. REGISTRATION: To bid online, the Online Auction Registration Form must be completed before the online auction item closes. Once Online Registration has been approved, you can use the username and password for all online auctions on our Online site.
