Winning bidders high bid amounts will be charged to the credit card on file immediately following the close of the auction by WIBW radio. Winning bidders will be notified via email. Shipping charges are to be paid by the winning bidder. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed or implied. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Sellers have the right to remove any item or items at any point before the auction ends. The Auctioneer will not be held liable for the Sellers removal of any item or items. The Auctioneer is acting as Agent for the Seller and all representations made by Auctioneer are made on behalf of the Seller. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Any action or recourse will be directed to the Seller and not to the Auctioneer. REGISTRATION: To bid online, the Online Auction Registration Form must be completed before the online auction item closes. Once Online Registration has been approved, you can use the username and password for all online auctions on our Online site. You can enter two types of Bids Online one the initial bid and then a maximum bid (which is the bid you are willing to go up to) if desired. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal, and prosecution can result. The Auctioneer/Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion. Only the laws of the State of Kansas shall apply and shall govern all actions accordingly. Buyer agrees to abide by all such Kansas laws. As a Bidder you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. When using the Maximum Bid feature, if you are the current high Bidder and you want to change your Maximum Bid, you will be required to place a new bid in the increment designated for that item/lot in order to raise your Maximum Bid, which may cause you to raise your last high bid by one bid increment.
