**All delivery is free of charge with exception to the West Coast Delivery. We will get the pigs to hauler at no charge, all fees and arrangements after that must be set up with them. If you plan to use one of the delivery options listed above there is no need to call before the sale, just make sure to contact us the following day (or sale night) to confirm your delivery plans. If you need to enquire about a delivery option that is not listed, then call us BEFORE the sale to discuss. We will do our best to work with you, but it is important to discuss prior to sale if you can't make one of the listed locations.

Registration is OPEN at the link above. Please register early for a bid number. You must have a valid credit card to register. If you have registered for our previous online auctions you may use that bid number and password; however, you will need to update your account providing up-to-date information before you will be allowed to bid. Please reister in advance to save time and confirm your bid number via e-mail. To Bid click on ALL ITEMS below after the catalog is posted, scroll to the lot you want place a bid and/or max bid on, place a bid, then scroll to the bottom of the page and insert your bidder number and password and follow the screens and finalize your bids. Good Luck! Specific to this auction all lots will be sold to the high bidder at or above the minimum opening starting bid.

Accepted payment forms are: credit card online secure payment through Pay Pal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), cashiers check, wire transfer, or money order. All funds are to be made payable to KEVIN WENDT, AUCTIONEER. Cashiers Check or Money Order send next day air to The Wendt Group, Inc., Attn: Katey Brattain, Auction Manager, P.O. Box 164, Altamont, IL 62411 (NOTE CHANGE OF MAILING ADDRESS!). Full payment including the 10% Buyers Premium must be received in 4 business days from the close of bidding on or before March 31, 2010. Late fees are subject to a 2% finance charge after the fourth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments and returned checks and the bidder may be denied access to future auctions. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions including a 10% Buyers Premium will be sent to each buyer's registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. A PayPal link will be provided. If you do not receive an e-mail invoice in 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact our office. Please be aware at the conclusion of the auction the realized bid prices are posted with the winning buyer number. This amount does not include the buyers premium that will be added to the final bid price and sent to your registered e-mail address and shown on your invoice. Payment in full, including the 10% buyers premium, is expected immediately after the auction and before any livestock or merchandise is exchanged. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased, legal action, and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Auction Company reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price, buyers premiuim, and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made in 4 days after the close of bidding. All bids placed at or above the starting bids will be sold to the highest bidder!

DELIVERY OF LOTS: TO BE DETERMINED PRIOR TO THE AUCTION! **Please call Steve or Aaron Cobb to discuss any delivery options that might work for you. We will do our best to work with you, but it is important to discuss delivery BEFORE the sale date.** If you need delivery assistance or have questions call ahead before you bid. If you pay with credit card or mail your cashiers check please photo copy the check or the credit card payment receipt to confirm payment and pick up your stock. No animals will be delivered without proof of payment or arrangements made in advance with the breeders and approval by the Auction Company.

HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyers expense. Potential buyers please call your state vet office for permits, requirements, etc. This will need to be done in advance and in a timely manner.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: Transfered to the new owner at the sellers expense after payment. Please register for a bid number exactly the way you want the pedigree transfered. The transfer of all pedigree's is the responsibility of the seller to the buyer. Kevin Wendt, Auctioneer and The Wendt Group, Inc. do not assume any responsibility or liability in the proper transfer of registration papers.

GUARANTEE: The NASR (National Association of Swine Records) warranty guidelines will be observed. Underlines are considered sound unless noted in the catalog. We have the right to try any non-breeders. Animals need proper isolation before incorporating into your herd - we suggest at least 30 days (please consult your veterinarian). Complaints should be made in 60 days to the seller. No guarantee of breeding value on gilts and boars younger than six months of age and/or gilts shown at jackpot or preview shows before breeding. Each animal lot will become the buyers risk at the close of the auction and buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to the property until removed or delivered. Any issues must be resolved between the buyer and the seller.
