| Notes: | The 7th Annual Rare Opportunity Bred Ewe Sale. We are offering 40 females that come from the heart of these fantastic flocks don’t overlook the chance to own the mother of your next Champion. Pickup for ewes will be available at the farm after the sale and at the McGolden Bred Ewe Sale in Fairview, Oklahoma or the Industry Elite in El Reno, Oklahoma the first weekend of December. All other pickup or deliveries will be between the buyer & seller. We will do our best to work with you. These Ewes have been bred with one goal in mind, to get you in the purple. *****Click on Photos in the consignment list to go to the photo gallery of each consignment.*****Bidding Will end at 6:00 PM CST. with lot number 1 and no activity for 5 minutes. At 6:05 PM the next lot will end when there is no activity for 5 minutes. This will be the schedule in order every 5 minutes until all lots are sold. All ewes will be available for pick up at the Farm at the conclusion of the sale. All other pickups or deliveries are between the buyer and the seller. These arrangements must be made by Dec. 2, 2009. Standard health papers for transportation will be provided for each lamb at the seller’s expense. Special testing or quarantines will be at the buyer’s expense. |
| Terms: | All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. Accepted payment forms are: farm, corporate or personal check, cashiers check, money order, Visa, Master Card or Discover all immediately negotiable. 3% Buyer’s premium on all sales with a 3% discount for cash or good check. All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069. Full payment must be received in 5 days from the close of bidding on or before October 29, 2009. Late fees are subject to a 12% finance charge after the fifth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder denied access to future auctions. If paying with a credit card the next day after the auction is complete you must contact Willoughby Sales to complete this process by phone. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact at 317-758-5682 or 317-340-6392 immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the sellers behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price. Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. Delivery fees may be charged by the seller if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after full payment is received. Call the breeders to schedule an appointment. HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc. GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Willoughby Sales can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.
