| Notes: | Welcome to Jeff Miller & Family Pasture Bid Sale. As you know, change is not always welcomed, but I am getting to old to punch numbers all night taking bids. It is with great joy to be able to sell online with the Caldwell and Willoughby team. This has been a great addition for us and I highly recommend them to everyone. We will wean shortly after the sale. Calves need to be picked up by Sept. 21 unless other arrangements have been made with the Miller Family. Several heifers and bulls in this sale are capable of national competition and we would be happy to assist you with that (such as Louisville); feel free to ask us for help. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bids. Terms of Sale: All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. Accepted payment forms are: Cash, farm, corporate or personal check, cashiers check, money order, Visa, Master Card or Discover all immediately negotiable. 25% of payment must be received in 5 days from the close of bidding on or before September 12th, 2010, The Balance is due at pick or delivery(Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Miller Family). When a buyer registers for a buyers number on the Willoughby Sales website that number is good for all Willoughby Sales, if all information is up to date. |

All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069. Late fees are subject to a 12% finance charge after the fifth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder denied access to future auctions. If paying with a credit card the next day after the auction is complete you must contact Willoughby Sales to complete this process by phone. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact at 317-340-6392 immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the seller’s behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price. Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. Delivery fees may be charged by the seller if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after full payment is received. Call the breeders to schedule an appointment. HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc. GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Willoughby Sales cannot be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.
