| Notes: | Welcome to the Burke Cattle & Friends Online Bull Sale and Embryo & Semen Sale. Thank you for considering our bull sale offering. I feel this is a very useful, maternally oriented offering that will not sacrifice performance or calving ease in your herd. These bulls come not only from my herd, but also represent some other very good cow herds and pedigrees. All bulls will be semen checked, and come with a first year breeding soundness guarantee. As with any guarantee, common sense and good management practices are required by the new owner as well as the seller. Simply put, we stand behind our bulls, we take very good care of them. We expect the same from the new owners and we will take care of you. We can arrange delivery at reasonable rates, and accommodation of bulls after sale day may be possible with PRIOR arrangements. We are able to keep bulls until breeding season for a minimal charge. Please don't hesitate to call, I will be happy to help you with your buying decisions. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder denied access to future auctions. If paying with a credit card the next day after the auction is complete you must contact Willoughby Sales to complete this process by phone. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact at 317-340-6392 immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the sellers behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price. Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. Delivery fees may be charged to the buyer if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after full payment is received. Call the breeders to schedule an appointment. HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc. GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Willoughby Sales can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.
