Thank you for considering our bull sale offering. I feel this is a very useful, maternally oriented offering that will not sacrifice performance or calving ease in your herd. These bulls come not only from my herd, but also represent some other very good cow herds and pedigrees. All bulls will be semen checked, and come with a first year breeding soundness guarantee. As with any guarantee, common sense and good management practices are required by the new owner as well as the seller. Simply put, we stand behind our bulls, we take very good care of them. We expect the same from the new owners and we will take care of you. We can arrange delivery at reasonable rates, and accommodation of bulls after sale day may be possible with PRIOR arrangements. We are able to keep bulls until breeding season for a minimal charge. Please don't hesitate to call, I will be happy to help you with your buying decisions. ORIGINAL ENDING TIME: 7 PM CST WITH EXTENDED BIDDING TO FOLLOW! EXTENDED BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THERE IS NO BIDDING FOR 5 MINUTES!
With this option, all lots will close simultaneously. A few benefits to this style of auction - Buyer has the CHOICE to switch to any lot in the offering if he is outbid on his current choice; buyer does not have to deal with the "seller's order" of sale because all lots are offered and bid on simultaneously; and the buyer has true choices and more time to make decisions.
Extended Bidding means that the auction is not declared closed until there have been five minutes of inactivity on this sale. If there is any bidding during the inactivity period, the auction is extended until there is no bidding for five minutes during the inactivity period. You can always check the time remaining information that appears under each lot! REMEMBER TO CLICK ON REFRESH FOR UP-TO-DATE TIME REMAINING! For this sale, the extended bidding period is 5 minutes.
**Example 1: Auction closes at 7 PM. There is no bidding from 6:55 PM to 7 PM. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7 PM.
**Example 2: Auction closes at 7 PM. There is a bid placed at 6:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes. No more bidding occurs. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7:02 PM.
**Example 3: Auction closes at 7 PM. There is a bid placed at 6:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes until 7:02 PM. Another bid is placed at 7:01 PM. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7:06 PM.

When a buyer registers for a buyers number on the Caldwell Willoughby Sales website that number is good for all Willoughby Sales, if all information is up to date.

Terms of Sale: All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. Accepted payment forms are: farm, corporate or personal check, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, Master Card or Discover all immediately negotiable. Payment must be received in 7 days from the close of bidding on or before April 8, 2013 or prior to pick or delivery. 3% charge will be placed on all credit card purchases (We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover). All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069.
