LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS – WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the online auction sale and, by these terms, auctioneer and owner/seller strongly encourage bidder to carefully inspect each lot in which bidder has any interest. It is at the bidders sole discretion to inspect and/or review all information provided to make an informed choice regarding purchase. Failure to inspect, or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality, condition, quantity and size of the lot, will not constitute grounds for any claim, adjustment, refund, termination of the contract for sale. Additional information regarding specific terms regarding auction location, lot descriptions, payment terms, shipping and delivery, insurance and other important information is also located herein.
When a buyer registers for a buyers number on the Caldwell Willoughby Sales website that number is good for all Caldwell Willoughby Sales, if all information is up to date.
Terms of Sale: All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. Accepted payment forms are: farm, corporate or personal check, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, Master Card or Discover all immediately negotiable. Payment must be received in 7 days from the close of bidding on or before November 20, 2013 or prior to pick or delivery. 3% charge will be placed on all credit card purchases (We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover). All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069.

|Terms:||All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. Accepted payment forms are: farm, corporate or personal check, cashiers check, money order, Visa, Master Card or Discover all immediately negotiable. 3% Credit Card convenience charge will be placed on all credit card purchases (We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover). All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069. Late fees are subject to a 12% finance charge after the fifth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder denied access to future auctions. If paying with a credit card the next day after the auction is complete you must contact Willoughby Sales to complete this process by phone. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact at 317-340-6392 immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the sellers behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price. Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. Delivery fees may be charged by the buyer if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after full payment is received. Call the breeders to schedule an appointment. HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc. GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Willoughby Sales can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction. Willoughby Sales and Dan Willoughby, Auctioneer is licensed, bonded and registered with the Indiana Dept. of Animal Health and the USDA Packers & Stockyards.|
