EXTENDED BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THERE IS NO BIDDING FOR 5 MINUTES! With this option, all lots will close simultaneously. A few benefits to this style of auction - Buyer has the CHOICE to switch to any lot in the offering if he is outbid on his current choice; buyer does not have to deal with the "seller's order" of sale because all lots are offered and bid on simultaneously; and the buyer has true choices and more time to make decisions. Extended Bidding means that the auction is not declared closed until there have been five minutes of inactivity on this sale. If there is any bidding during the inactivity period, the auction is extended until there is no bidding for ten minutes during the inactivity period. All transportation or delivers are between the buyer and the seller. All transportation cost are at the buyers expense. Terms:	All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069. Late fees are subject to a 12% finance charge after the 7th day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder denied access to future auctions. If paying with a credit card the next day after the auction is complete you must contact Willoughby Sales to complete this process by phone. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact at 317-340-6392 immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the sellers behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price. Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. Delivery fees may be charged by the buyer if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after full payment is received. Call the breeders to schedule an appointment. HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc. GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Willoughby Sales can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.
