|Notes:||Welcome to the Rikow Hamps Online Hampshire Breeding Sheep Sale.|
This is our first attempt at an on line sale, but due to the time involved with the real estate, auction, and increasing rental and development business, I decided this may be easier. I am cutting down on numbers, but just love my sheep too much to sell them all! I will be at Sedalia on June 25th for the Hamp Show and our Hamp Board meeting and can bring sheep there at no cost to you! As I will be leaving on the 26th, you would need to contact me if you want them taken care of if you arrive after that. You are of course welcome to the farm to pick them up or look at them previous to the sale. Over the years the Hamps have been good to me, having had 15 National or Res National Champions in Louisville, plus countless champions at shows and sales. I have had the privilege of selling sheep all over the country and really enjoy seeing that these breeders have had good results with them. I hope we can continue that tradition and you will have the same results! Thank you in advance for bidding on our sheep in this sale. All ewe lambs will be futurity nominated. Terms of Sale: All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. Accepted payment forms are: farm, corporate or personal check, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, Master Card or Discover all immediately negotiable. Payment must be received in 7 days from the close of bidding on or before June 16, 2013 or prior to pick or delivery. 3% charge will be placed on all credit card purchases (We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover). All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069.

All funds are to be made payable to Willoughby Sales 20933 Mule Barn Rd, Sheridan, Indiana 46069. Late fees are subject to a 12% finance charge after the fifth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments or returned checks and the bidder denied access to future auctions. If paying with a credit card the next day after the auction is complete you must contact Willoughby Sales to complete this process by phone. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your e-mail in 24 hours after the close of the auction please contact at 317-340-6392 immediately. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Unless the sale of an item is indicated otherwise, each lot will sell subject to a reserve price established by the seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the sellers behalf in an amount not to exceed the reserve price. Each buyer is responsible to coordinate delivery. Arrangements need to be made prior to or immediately after purchase. No animals will be delivered until payment has been made. Delivery fees may be charged by the buyer if necessary. Purchases may be picked up at the farms anytime after full payment is received. Call the breeders to schedule an appointment. HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer’s expense. Please call your state vet office for permits, requirements etc. GUARANTEE: We are not responsible for injury or accidents. All animals become property of the buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Willoughby Sales can not be held responsible for the health or condition of animals after the conclusion of the auction.
