Rare Sharps & Hankins Army Model Carbine with 24" Barrel. Not an altered navy model. The army model is quite scarce. Serial numbered in the "3XXX" range. The frame has been refinished in the last century, probably by Bannerman. It has some of the blue remaining. The barrel is now a grayish patina. Very good bore. Stamped "Sharps & Hankins/Philada" on the right side of the frame. Excellent stock with nice arsenal finish. Very good bore. |
