| Can invoices be sent to a file so that they can be emailed instead of printed?
Yes. You'll need a program like Adobe Acrobat to do this. To do this you need to setup Adobe to appear as a printer on the system. Once that is done you can direct Maxa to printer to this virtual printer. - Setup

- Printer port = Windows-3
- Current printer = BLANK.PDF
- Configure printer
Under 'Settings' choose the Adobe virtual printer. Otherwise configure the settings as if you are printing to a Windows-only printer. See help file 57. |
