Registration instructions for land auctions.
1. Register and get a bidding number if you don't already have one.
2. Obtain a letter of credit from a banking institution stating your line of credit.
3. Obtain a certified check (NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED), made out to Delano Schultz Realty for $1,000.00 & send to Tammy Axford 2350 120th Street Fosston, MN 56542. We will hold the checks until a winning bidder for each parcel is determined.
4. Credit card may be used for deposit and credit reference with a 3% additional charge.
5. Your bidding number will be made active when we receive your deposit and letter of credit.
6. The deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
7. The winning bidders deposit will be used for earnest down payment.
8. The buyer will be given 30 days to make payment in full of the winning bid amount plus any premiums and or fees from the auction sale.
9. Winning-Bidder.com will furnish all legal papers and descriptions at the closing.
10. Any bidder who fails to close after all efforts are exhausted will forfeit there deposit in full to Great River Auctions.
