3. Obtain a certified check for $1000.00 (NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED), made out to Northern Realty & send to Dale Thormodsgard 20049 Campground Rd Se Erskine, MN 56535. We will hold the checks until a winning bidder for this parcel is determined.
4. Your bidding number will be made active when we receive your deposit and letter of credit.
5. The deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
6. The winning bidders deposit will be used for earnest down payment.
7. The buyer will be given 30 days to make payment in full of the winning bid amount plus any premiums and or fees from the auction sale.
