- Description: Two story single family 1 bedroom home. Lower level is 30’ x 28’, 2nd floor is 17’ x 30’. Home includes 1/2 bath upstairs and full bath on 1st floor. 1 bedroom upstairs. 1st floor has kitchen, living room, office and full bath. Outside stairs are included with house and must be removed. Aluminum clad windows and white vinyl siding. Does not include brick garage.
- Access: Off of County Trunk B and K intersection, granite driveway onto property. Buyer/Bidder must notify Portage County Highway Department at 715-345-5230 at least 72 hours before entering property.
- Foundation Removal: None, concrete foundation will remain
- Concrete basement remains, all debris associated with home removed. Any damage/ruts to landscape or road connection caused by means of removal to be repaired immediately.
- Buyer Requirements: Purchased structures cannot be removed until confirmation of payment and a signed building sale agreement is received by the Auctioneer/Seller. The building sale agreement is a signed document containing relevant dates, conditions outlined here and waiver of liability. The Seller will be held harmless for any injury incurred while in the act of working on seller owned lands and/or moving the structures. The buildings will be removed in entirety, either as a whole or in manageable sections in a safe manner by the buyer. The Buyer is not covered by the Seller's insurance.
