 | Gun Buyer Terms & Conditions: - LONG-ARM PICKUP PROCESS: Buyers must come to our office in Mount Horeb, WI. Complete a background check - if buyer passes background check you can take gun with you; If the background check is delayed you must return to pickup your gun no more than 3 days after the delay is removed. If you fail background check you can't buy gun.
- HAND GUN PICKUP PROCESS: Buyers must come to our office in Mount Horeb, WI. Complete a background check and return in 3 days to pickup hand gun.
- NON-WISCONSIN BUYERS: If you do not live in Wisconsin you must have us ship the gun to your local gun dealer (see gun shipping below).
- GUN PROCESSING FEE: All gun buyers will be charged a $15 gun processing fee regardless of gun style or quantity of guns purchased.
- GUN BUYERS: Wisconsin Surplus is a federal firearms dealer and follows all state & federal laws/rules pertaining to firearm sales. All firearm buyers are required to have a federal/state background check. Firearm buyers must be at least 18 years old (long gun) or 21 years old (hand gun) and can not be convicted felon. Wisconsin resisidents can pick-up guns at 202 West Front Street, Mount Horeb WI. All handguns require a 3 day waiting period. If a buyer's background check is delayed by the federal/state examiner the buyer must return to pickup the gun at a later date (likely 3 days). Non-Wisconsin resisdents must have firearms shipped to a federal firearms dealer in their state of residence, who will complete all the required background checks and holding periods - See above shipping section. (This dealer may charge a fee).
- AUTHENTICITY: Wisconsin Surplus does not guarantee Authenticity and encourages bidders to verify before bidding.
- CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS - Please make personal inspection before bidding.
- REMOVAL: $10 Per day storage fee for items not removed by posted removal deadline. Please pick your items up on or before the removal deadline - Thank You. Any items remaining 14 days after auction conclusion will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
- GUN SHIPPING: Shipping of firearms can only be from Federal Firearms Dealer to Federal Firearms Dealer. We can not ship directly to you. The receiving Federal Firearms Dealer is responsible for delivering the gun to the ultimate buyer and must do all the required background checks and holding periods. Your dealer may charge you for this service!! If you desire shipping you must provide us with the Federal Firearms Dealers Address, Contact Person and Phone Number - So we can obtain a copy of their License. You must complete the below shipping request form.
