A few side notes are that all hogs have had their vet recommended shots. (Rhinitis, Myco, Circo, Flusure) Also, all of the hogs being offered have been on shavings since birth, so structurally they're built correct. Her two brothers are currently still intact. The dam �JLO� was Grand Jr. and Open at Jasper County Fair as well as a class winner at the Indiana State Fair. The granddam was the Div. 2 Champion at the Indiana State Fair in 2011. Needing a show gilt or sow prospect...genetics don't lie. 1-2 is the only gilt in the litter and the only reason she�s leaving is because I�ve got her mother. We sold only a few yorkshire gilts last year in which I bought one of them back, Adam Beck bought one privately at the State Fair, and then Neier bought one recently to replace the granddam of this sow. 4-1 is still intact as he was one of my three boar prospects. This male hog has grown exceptionally well and is probably the biggest backed hog in the litter. He is a pounds heavier hog compared to the rest, but for an early county fair or NJSS he�d be fine. This barrow is built like an early January barrow should be constructed as you can see the future stoutness that lies within. When I look at young yorkshire barrows I want them to be a nickel on the green side as majority of the time, the stout ones don�t hold together in the end. People have asked me for weeks if I was going to cut any of the three boars, and the answer is no but I am offering them. I just hope I�m not getting rid of the wrong boar. I called Ben Moyer about what to use on her and needless to say he hit a homerun on the mating. You�ll notice that this whole litter is super square and their tail heads sit up where they belong. 3-1 is one stout featured hog that will stick in a judges mind the moment that he hits the ring. It won�t only be because of his color pattern, as this might be the biggest backed barrow in the litter. He has that true muscle shape and mass that carries from his blade back through his hip.
