AUCTION REGISTRATION: If you are a new bidder on our Online Auctions, please complete a BIDDER REGISTRATION PROFILE. Then you will receive an email requesting that you provide a proof of funds showing you have sufficient funds to cover the required earnest money deposit, along with instructions on how to submit it. Once your proof of funds is received and approved, you will receive a second email indicating that you are enabled, with your bidder number and further instruction. If you already have a bidder number and are interested in bidding on this asset, please complete an ENABLE BIDDING FORM. You will then receive an email with further instructions. The above mentioned emails are sent out by office staff during our normal office hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

EARNEST MONEY REQUIREMENT: Winning online bidders must deliver earnest money via wire transfer or cashier’s check to Greater Metropolitan Title immediately following the auction, in the amount of $20,000. Balance to be paid in full at closing on or before 45 Days after acceptance.

TITLE: A guaranteed certificate of title will be provided at Seller’s expense giving marketable title subject to existing easements and restrictions. The Escrow Agent will be Greater Metropolitan Title; 3131 Executive Parkway Toledo, Ohio 43606; Karey Donley; 419-530-0001.

DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE: A bidder’s packet will be available online and will include Purchase Agreement, Agency Disclosure, and a Non Refundable Deposit Agreement. The successful online bidder will be notified immediately following the closing of the auction and will be emailed the Auction Purchase Agreement, to sign and return.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: Property will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer’s premium. The bid amount plus buyer’s premium equals the final purchase price.
