AUCTION REGISTRATION: If you are a new bidder on our Online Auctions, please complete a BIDDER REGISTRATION PROFILE. Then you will receive an email requesting that you provide a proof of funds showing you have sufficient funds to cover the required earnest money deposit, along with instructions on how to submit it. Once your proof of funds is received and approved, you will receive a second email indicating that you are enabled, with your bidder number and further instruction. If you already have a bidder number and are interested in bidding on this asset, please complete an ENABLE BIDDING FORM. You will then receive an approval email and instructions on bidding for this specific auction. The above mentioned emails are sent out by office staff during our normal office hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
